A shower, two toilets and an entrance room, for a total capacity of 4 to 6 people in 90m2.

It is equipped with an infrared sauna for 2 people, a 10m2 terrace with tables and a plancha, a garden and private parking for two cars.

The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, blender, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, citrus press, raclette machine, pancake maker and in the entrance hall there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

For babies and young children there is an umbrella bed.

The entrance and downstairs rooms are equipped with electric underfloor heating, the pellet stove in the living room contributes to the warm atmosphere and comfort with electric heaters to maintain the temperature for extended absences.

The lower room is about 25m2, it was built for the practice of yoga, relaxation and mediation, it is also popular with children for the play area, it can become a bedroom.

In the event of a government restriction resulting in the inability of the tenant to take possession of the rental, the sums paid (deposit and balance) will be refunded.
